Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- 15+ years of hardware sales leadership experience, preferably in telematics, IoT, or SaaS industries.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams, driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth, and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and exceed sales quotas.
- Strong network and experience selling hardware-based solutions with recurring revenue models (e.g., SaaS + hardware).
- Expertise in enterprise sales in fleet, transportation, logistics, or related sectors.
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing KPIs, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics-driven sales processes.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and team leadership.
